How to modify command line parameter in the grub.img ?

hi:

   I have to edit boot command parameter for every startup manually ,which is so

cumbersome .

  

   Then I think I can modify the default parameter writen in the grub.img , but I have not find the characters fit for that parameter.

   is there advice here ?
