Many years ago, we put a stuffed toy bear in a college computer lab with a
sign, "Tell the bear". It was very effective; most students would only get
halfway into the question before figuring out the answer. That left the lab
monitors free to help with real problems. Like verifying the MV8000's
microcode while the system was running and the students were trying to compile
and debug their programs.
