If I understand your question correctly, SSL/TLS will fragment your data
message if it is larger than the record size (max 16k) - and it is up to the
receiving application to put the fragments back together. So I believe the
answer to your particular question is no.

Rich

Subject: [Help-gnutls] TLS message boundary
Hi all,
Does TLS/SSL preserve data message boundary like SCTP? Is assuming
whatever message that is sent and received through gnutls_record_{send,recv}
always respect data message boundary a correct assumption?

Ang Way Chuang
May you be well and happy
