I would suspect that your NAT box does not like/handle receiving traffic for
its external IP from the internal network and thus the reply does not go
through. Now, I would suspect that your setup works anyway (run gnunetd and
gnunet-stats, look at the number of connections you get after a couple of
minutes). So unless gnunetd fails to connect, the setup is probably
perfectly fine even if gnunet-transport-check fails (the tool can only be
used to test the simple cases, it can not be used to rule out problems, and
gnunet-transport-check can also fail when everything is working just fine).
We should probably at some point write another test tool that uses some
external machine to verify the network configuration, that would be more
meaningful.
