You can add the hostlist
http://www.cryss.net/gnunet/src/hostlist
to your config. This is the server where my german gnu webpage is located.
flolp.dynodns.net SHOULD be online because of gnunetd, lopster, http, edonkey 
etc etc but could have problems.
