Well, a) maybe that you shouldn't do 60 downloads in parallel :-). We haven't 
stress-tested GNUnet like that, and it may just be that this shows up some 
subtle bug. The error-message from the client essentially says that the 
replies from the server are containing 'garbage'. I would suspect that there 
is some subtle synchronization problem that we've missed. 

The GUI is not the part of the code that I'd call anywhere near stable anyway.
Thanks for reporting (how about using Mantis?), we'll look into this.
