I'm using autoconf 2.57 on a RHEL3 AMD64 based system. It appears that
AC_PATH_X fails to locate the X11 libraries
$locate libX11
/usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.so.6.2
/usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.so.6
/usr/X11R6/lib64/libX11.so.6.2
/usr/X11R6/lib64/libX11.so.6
But AC_PATH_X will return x_libraries=NONE. Did anybody else run into
this problem. I can of course make a hardcoded test in my
configure.in, but this problem has most likely been fixed the correct
way...
