SuSE 7.1 rpm package upgrade

Hello all!

I upgraded to Lilypond 1.4.0 with the SuSE 7.1 rpm package, doing the *rpm 
-Uvh --test* everything was clear, but I got this complaint during the 
install itself:

warning: /etc/profile.d/lilypond.sh saved as 
/etc/profile.d/lilypond.sh.rpmsave
lilypond                    #####################unpacking of archive failed 
on file /usr/share/lilypond/afm: cpio: unlink failed - Directory
not empty
---
I wonder if someone can inform me on what this means and if Lilypond will 
still run properly. It is installed at least.
