I can't get point&click to work.
I added
#(set! point-and-click #t)
right after the header definition
2dvi'ed the source and viewed it with the smartview command from
lilypond mode in emacs.
But xdvi doesn't behave differently when I hold down ctrl. The
mousebuttons still just views magnified areas of the image - and Emacs
is as dead as ever (the curser doesn't start moving around, that is).
