Please read the part of the installation instructions at
http://home.austin.rr.com/jbr/jeff/lilypond/ that is 
related to the geometry package. Even if you use the 
newer "Windows Unstable" Lilypond versions, the paragraph
on the geometry package in Jeff's installation instructions 
are still valid.
