About 'italiano.ly'

Hello again,

As I am french, I use 'italiano.ly' to write mudela source with 'la si
do re...' instead of 'a b c d'...
But the syntax seems to have changed in regard of the version I was
usually using ; here is a path to upgrade this file (modele used was
deutsch.ly).
