[Help-gnu-music] bug in placement of volta brackets

I am using 1.3.84, so this bug might be fixed by now, but I hate tarballs,
so I only installed the most recent rpm. :-)  (End of disclaimer.)

Volta brackets don't display correctly when they begin at the first bar of a
new line.  I had a two measure first ending, and it only displayed the
brackets over the second measure.  When I adjusted the paper size and moved
the measures to the end of the previous line, it displayed correctly.
