https://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/EmacsOnAndroid documents the current
options.
Stable Emacs exists in Termux (a terminal emulator with runtime
environment and thousands of packages prefixed inside the private data
directory of its Android app), in X and non-X flavors.
Emacs30 with full Android touch interface can be got from Po Lu's page
at https://sourceforge.net/projects/android-ports-for-gnu-emacs. For the
moment the F-Droid package of the latter is significantly behind current
development.
Maybe F-Droid can be reminded to update their package of the Android
port--if not now, then as Emacs 30.1 reaches stable release. ;-)
