Why doesn't the cursor blink when I start Emacs using `emacsclient -n
-c --alternate-editor= `?
I'm using Emacs 26.2 from Homebrew Cask.
When I start Emacs with `emacs`, the cursor blinks.
When I start Emacs using `emacsclient -n -c --alternate-editor=`, the
cursor doesn't blink.
It looks like the relevant code is at:
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs.git/tree/lisp/frame.el?h=emacs-26.2#n2368
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs.git/tree/lisp/startup.el?h=emacs-26.2#n1072
Should I report this to bug-gnu-emacs, or am I misunderstanding something?
