Super is the lowercase "s".
Whenever I'm supposed to hit something with S as a modifier it means hitting the Windows key... But that's probably eaten by your window manager before Emacs sees it...
Yes, it's tricky. AFAIK, Windows swallows all Super keypresses, but the *nix window managers usually pass them through, if they don't use the corresponding key combinations.
