Getting off this list, take III

Hello,

this is my third message to this list trying to get help getting off, since
this morning I am receiving, for unknown reasons, tons of messages from
this list.  I cheked my delivery status on
"http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/options/help-gnu-emacs/"; and it is set at
"Disabled"???  I can't handle this much mail mixed up with my company's
mail, it becomes junk mail!!!!  Please, how to disable it.
