Is this what you're doing?

Well, I was using eval: (flyspell-mode)
Couldn't find this one :)

How about:
;; -*- ispell-local-dictionary: "portugues"; -*-
Nicer.
But, how to enable flyspell?
I tried 'flyspell-mode: t' but didn't work. I can't change the main mode
as well (as I'm using AucTeX)...
