Hi Anders,
If you are using tetex as your TeX engine, you can
run your file through detex or delatex.
>detex -wl myfile.tex |cat|sort -uf > myfile.words
The file myfile.words will contain an alphabetical listing
of all words in your document *no repitions* though.
Is this what you wanted? It's not an Elisp-based
solution, of course: but might help you.
