gnatsweb.pl gives: Login connect: Connection refused

Hi,

I have a few problem displaying login page for gnatsweb where nothing appear except connection refused. Here is the screenshot http://img172.imageshack.us/img172/8739/gnatswebconnrefusedgv1.jpg . I have checked and everythings seems correct:

1. gnatsd.host_access file

# tail -1 /usr/local/etc/gnats/gnatsd.host_access

May I know what else should I check? Appreciate any help. Thank you.
