Adding Fields to GNATSWeb v4.00 |

We have GNATSWeb
v4.00 running and are now trying to improve the system.
We would like to add
another field to the database. Is this possible? How? Or how could we best add a
solution activity log that developers would complete as they solve a problem.
The only other thing I can think of is to use the field
"unformatted."
