what are steps setuping up pr timely reminders?

 

i found somewhere about this requirement
- the "response time" and "contact" fields in the submitters file,
- the "person" field (responsible person) in the categories file,
- the "Severity", "Priority", and "State" fields in the PR
- notify-about-expired-prs is true in dbconfig
