Hello Everyone,

Our company has been using the Gnats system for some time now and I have
just been given the job of administering.  So if I sound like a newby
you will understand why.  

Our users have asked for the following changes to the e-mail reporting
system.

1.  Have all e-mails sent via Gnats contain the Subject as well as the
ticket number.  Some responses only contain the ticket number.

2.  Put the name as well as the user ID of the responsible when
displayed.  When we make state changes it only shows the User ID.

Has anyone had these problems as well?  If so where do you suggest I
make the change?
