That appears to be a Perl-related error message.  Perl is looking for the
MIME::Base64 module, which it can't find on your system.

You may be able to ignore the error message, but I suggest pulling down the
latest version of MIME::Base64 from CPAN.  After you install that, you can
try the test again.
