3 socket problems with gnats/gnatsweb

Maybe these are related to some sort of hostname resolution.

1. Only *:edit: in gnatsd.host_access will let me telnet to the daemon
from the localhost, and not entries like localhost:edit: and
<hostname>:edit:

2. I get the following problem when running gnatsweb:

Main Page

Undefined subroutine &main::scrolling_list called at

3. I also get the following error while doing a make test:
