I'm trying to compile the gnats 4 CVS on a redhat 7.1 / gcc v3 machine
but am getting this:

makeinfo -o send-pr.info send-pr.texi
./fields.texi:205: Cross reference to nonexistent node `dbconfig file'.
makeinfo: Removing output file `send-pr.info' due to errors; use --force
to preserve.
make[1]: *** [send-pr.info] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/gnats/gnats/doc'
make: *** [all-gnats] Error 2

i've submitted a bug to gnatsweb, but am reluctant to assume it is one. 
btw - makeinfo is v4.  Any ideas?
