GNAT on QNX4

Hello:

I'm trying to get GNAT running on QNX4 RTOS.  The only tarballs I have found
seem to be update tarballs that assume a running GNAT compiler on the target
platform.  They require compilation by an Ada compiler.

My questions are:

1) How do I bootstrap GNAT from scratch to get it running and up-to-date on
QNX4?

2) Has anybody already done this and is there available a running GNAT for
QNX4?
