Hello Andrew,
the build files in GLPK 4.55 refer to versions of the Visual Studio
Express that are not available anymore. The current version is Visual
Studio Community 2015.
In the next GLPK release, please, update the build batch files as follows:
w32
set HOME="C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\VC"
w64
set HOME="C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\VC"
