I have included lpx_write_pb in the package; please see glplpx19.c
attached (some minor changes were made). Also I have added options
--wpb and --wnpb to glpsol.

I noticed that all coefficients are rounded to integer values, so
issuing a warning message in this case would be reasonable.

Could you please provide a brief description of OPB format (in plain
text)?
