[Help-glpk] GLPK license questions

Dear colleagues!

At this time I need to use simplex method in my commerce product.
I found that GLPK implements this method very well, but GLPK is
distributed under GPL license.

A question: Could you distribute GLPK under LGPL license?
            Is there a way to receive particular license to use it
            in commerce application?
