[help-GIFT] GIFT 0.1.11 on windows over cygwin

Dear all,

I've now success compile the GIFT on top of cygwin, but run failed with 
the following error.
Actually, it claim that cannot find any plugin. So when connect into the 
server through PHP Client, it will show no collection.
I'll learn to make a patch of windows version later, but I do not sure 
if the modification is correct.
The attach file is my wiki log of modification of windows GIFT, you can 
check it first before the patch is ok.
