Hi, thanks for your thorrough report. As far as i can see, the GIFT does not 
find any plugins. This would explain the configuration error you're getting. 
In the run you're showing me, gift is looking for plugins in /usr/local/lib . 
Where is your gift 0.1.9 installed? Are you sure there is only one gift on 
your system?
