I attach the version that I have, but I’m not currently using it so I don’t know whether it still works. This file is dated December 1999 on my system, but may well be older than that! I have a vague recollection that some or all of this is no longer necessary, which may be why I no longer have it installed. Anyway, I hope this is what you wanted. Good luck!
