No, please do it with your normal init files. I have a feeling that
perhaps Emacs does not respond when it runs the init files and that
makes Win7/64-bit guess that Emacs is dead. So this might not happen
at all if your init files does not take enough time to run. In my case
I am using desktop and I have an awful lot of files open (for my
searching in org-mode, actually).
