Copy ldefs-boot.el into loaddefs.el, then try again.

The root cause was fixed by this change:

  2011-11-23  Eli Zaretskii  <address@hidden>

          * emacs-lisp/autoload.el (autoload-generate-file-autoloads):
          On MS-DOS and MS-Windows, compare with loaddefs.el
          case-insensitively.

But if you have loaddefs.el with SHA1 signatures instead of time
stamps, you must do the copy trick, once.
