Many information in a short time !
When I asked my first question, Eli was not surprised that I use c:\ and Eli is 
strongly involved with emacs.
I found one solution thanks to him, probably not the best one. Now I don't know 
if I must start again according to your propositions or
if I must use emacs like that. Emacs is only one tool for me.
Give me your opinion, mainly Eli (are you agree with all these things), your 
criteria, etc.

Note for Eli: I never tested the "appdata" solution !
