All,

I compiled from source and could not get temacs to incorporate my site-load.  
It had some windows memory error message.  Has anyone actually dumped 
site-initialization in emacs under windows?

If this is the problem, perhaps emacs.exe in the barebin zip archive
should be built with enlarged SITELOAD_PURESIZE_EXTRA, to allow for
some reasonable amount of additional code.  250KB, say?
