Yes, that sounds similar to what was reported, but I wonder. He's using 22.3.
Weren't those display problems reported only for Emacs 23 (CVS)? I see those
problems all the time (prior to the fix) with Emacs 23, but I've never seen them
with Emacs 22.3 (32-bit, XP).

Vroy - You might want to file a bug (`M-x report-emacs-bug') anyway, with a
specific recipe to reproduce the problem, starting with emacs -Q. Developers
could then determine whether this is the same bug that was fixed. Or perhaps you
could get hold of a build with the fix, to see if it solves the problems for you
too.
