Here's what I got with the latest unpatched upload.

Debugger entered--Lisp error: (error "Cannot return from the debugger in an
error")
  signal(error ("Lisp nesting exceeds `max-lisp-eval-depth'"))
  byte-code(" address@hidden" " [err signal] 3)
  ange-ftp-hook-function(substitute-in-file-name "/address@hidden:temp/a.lis")
  substitute-in-file-name("/address@hidden:temp/a.lis")
  read-file-name("Find file: " nil "C:\\bin\\Emacs23_20080515\\emacs\\bin/" nil)
  find-file-read-args("Find file: " nil)
  byte-code("

FWIW - I am also having trouble when I try to load the file without first
hitting TAB to complete the filename. Emacs creates a buffer and says "Use M-x
make-directory RET RET to create the directory and its parents" If I hit the
TAB key though it seems to work OK.
