What happens if you just run gswin32c from the command line with the
above switches:
set GS_LIB=e:\Tools\gs\gs8.61;e:\Tools\gs\fonts
e:\Tools\gs\gs8.61\bin\gswin32c -q -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sDEVICE=mswinpr2 foo.ps
where foo.ps is some PostScript file? Does it work then?
