The newest download (Emacs-22-CvsP061214-EmacsW32-1.16.exe) corrected both the emacsclient errors and the image issues for me.

As Lennart mentions in the "Emacsclient ERROR" thread, the image libraries
were left out of the latest build. Another build is on its way.
