Running winxp sp2.

I have been running emacs v21.3.1, using GREP v2.5.1.1 - no problems.

I'm trying to upgrade to v 22.0.50.1, and cannot get GREP to work.

Folder structure is D:/emacs/bin for runemacs.exe; grep.exe is in
D:/emacs/GnuWin32/bin

Snippet from my _emacs file as follows:
(setq exec-path '("D:/emacs/bin/"
                "D:/emacs/GnuWin32/bin/"))

D:/emacs/GnuWin32/bin/ is set in my PATH

I have Diff installed, also in D:/emacs/GnuWin32/bin, and that is working
fine.

If I try to run grep, I get the following output once the command has run:

Loading grep...done
grep-compute-defaults: Searching for program: no such file or directory,
find
Loading font-lock...done
grep-compute-defaults: Searching for program: no such file or directory,
find

Can anybody help this noob?
Looks like you should install GnuWin32 findutils too now.
