Hi, thanks for the links.  I haven't yet had a chance to do more than
scan through Tom Roche's notes.  It would be great to get it working,
although I'm not sure my manager is going to be too sympathetic to me
spending a week on this, even in the name of efficiency! ;-)  Once
I've caught up with the backlog I'll be right back on it...

In the meantime if anyone can report success with NTemacs & Tramp then
I'd be keen to hear about it.
