[h-e-w] Matching tag function in HTML/XML

Hi,

I am looking for a function which toggles the cursor to the matching tag and 
highlights both tags when cursor is on a tag (assuming that the document is 
well formed). With XML I'd like it to match in-line tag end like /> in the 
following:

<user id="someID" />

Is anyone aware of such function or willing to write one?
