Hi Neil,

Could you please take a look at the installer/setup utility at
http://www.emacswiki.org/cgi-bin/wiki/WThirtyTwoInstallationKit and tell if
there is something in it that makes your situation difficult?

Please notice it can be used in different ways. There is currently no
distribution using the installer version (but I plan to put up one sooen).
Notice however that the setup utility version has been included in the
.MSI-distribution mentioned there.
