Actually, I wrote that, but yes, it probably was the cygwin-compiled
version of Emacs and not the native NT-compiled one (which I use 
normally).  But at least it was an emacs.  (Had more trouble getting
the backspace key to delete characters and not bring up help than 
anything.)
