Geert,

If you're brave enough to use the Emacs CVS tip you can get svn integrated
into the editor i.e. C-x v v will perform the "next operation" for you for
subversion files just as 21.3 currently does for files under cvs.

It's not terribly difficult to build it from source on a Windows box, the
important thing is to follow the directions exactly wrt getting the MingW
stuff - I had some terrible times until I was told that the MingW make was
required instead of the cygwin make :-)

If you have firewall problems accessing the repository (like I do), I have a
link to the nightly tar-balls that FSF create of the CVS repository for
emacs - it is bigger than getting the files directly via cvs of course
because you get the cvs repository as well as the "tip" :-).
