[h-e-w] A small bug in NTEmacs

NTEmacs doesn't recognize paths in the PATH environment variable. For
example, if the PATH variable has the following value:

PATH=E:\Program Files\Utilitários;E:\Program
Files\Aplicações\Emacs\bin;e:\winnt\system32

Emacs will not find any executable in "E:\Program Files\Utilitários" or
"E:\Program Files\Aplicações\Emacs\bin".

Do you think it's worth to correct this? I'd apreciate.

Another thing, the "set-face-background-pixmap" command doesn't yet work in
NTEmacs, right (at least I can't make it work!)?
I used that command with XEmacs (for Win32) to put a background image, but I
can't do the same thing with NTEmacs.
