Hi,
        I have recently switched from NT emacs 20.4 to 21.3.
Depending on the default font the vertical scroll bars seem to
be the wrong width, leaving a thin gap between the scoll-bar and
the edge of the window. Certain fonts are ok (eg. courier new 10)
but others are not (eg.courier new 14).
Is there anyway to ensure the width of the scroll bar keeps tight
to the edge of the window ?
