[h-e-w] Further thoughts on 21.3....

Looks like the problem is through pulling in cl.el - which is in the actual
emacs source distribution. The packages that I like to use (but are failing
to load) all "require" the cl package. If you specifically do a M-: (require
'cl) then up pops the dreaded "Abort, Retry etc etc"

I then did a difference between the 21.2 files and the 21.3 files (cl*.el in
emacs/lisp/emacs-lisp) and these files are unchanged between versions, so
presumably it is either something that cl.el pulls in or perhaps a compile
time problem?

Has anyone used a Windoze binary of 21.3 and been able to load
colour-theme.el successfully?
