[h-e-w] Right Ctrl

Hi,

I have a note pc, but no 'ctrl' and 'alt' key on  the right side of my keyboard. How to bind keyboard so I can use 'ins' key as a 'ctrl' key and 'de' key as 'alt' key.??

my second questions, is it possible to displaying line number on the left side of buffer.? ( I mean is for each line there is information for line number).

how can I do?
